DustMagic ships with a Lightroom Classic plugin and works alongside Photoshop and Capture One via standard external-editor workflows.<\/p>\n

Lightroom Classic \u2014 Plugin Install<\/h2>\n

DustMagic detects Lightroom Classic on first launch. To install the bundled plugin:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to Help \u2192 Lightroom Integration\u2026<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. If Lightroom Classic is detected and the plugin isn’t yet installed, click Install Plugin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Restart Lightroom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Help \u2192 Lightroom Integration handles the plugin install automatically.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

    If Lightroom isn’t detected (e.g. you keep it in a non-standard location), the dialog tells you so \u2014 install it first, or drag DustMagic.lrplugin<\/code> into your Lightroom Modules folder manually.<\/p>\n

    Photoshop and Capture One \u2014 File Workflow<\/h2>\n

    There is no plugin for Photoshop or Capture One. Both work cleanly via external-editor \/ TIFF round-tripping.<\/p>\n

    Photoshop:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Save your image (or selected layer) as TIFF.<\/li>\n
    • Open it in DustMagic, process, export.<\/li>\n
    • Place the cleaned TIFF back into Photoshop as a new layer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Capture One:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Right-click \u2192 Export \u2192 File \u2192 TIFF.<\/li>\n
      • Process the TIFF in DustMagic.<\/li>\n
      • Re-import the cleaned file into Capture One.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
